Vintage RARE 1975 FREAKIES Hamhose - Ralston Cereal Toy Banner Vinyl - Unused

This is a cute little banner that I only took from its storage place the other day and unrolled to see what it was. It's been stored since it was brand-new, absolutely unused. I don't know whether to try to flatten it for mailing or to re-roll it... Buy please advise.
It's a FREAKIES cereal premium, a banner or sign, copyrighted 1975 Ralston Purina Company at the bottom right, showing the Freakies character HAMHOSE in bright yellow.
It's a rectangular piece of vinyl sized 9" x 5 7/8" with 2 slits at the top (slip a string through to attach to something).
