YOU ARE BUYING: ONE (1) PAIR NEW LOTTO SHINGUARDS, SIZE LARGE (SEE PHOTO OF SIZE CHART), UPC 844275003874. TAG READS H5625 L EGO PLUS. Package shows considerable wear and handling and does open easily and review of shinguards shows smudging to one stacked in front of the other.  We did not take them apart to inspect the other one.  There is a piece of plastic packaging between the two pairs, like the plastic that was over the one in front, so that one may appear smudged too.  Smudges may wipe off.  We bought these new but they never got used.
