Handsome fold-out 1982 Conoco road map of Wyoming, printed more than 38 years ago.
This map opens to 18" x 23" and has great detail on old highway alignments, with cartography by H.M. Gousha.
There are inset plans of Cheyenne, Casper, Laramie, Sheridan, and Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.
The map was distributed by the Continental Oil Company in 1982 to promote its Conoco brand. It is dated by the number in the highway shield on the front cover. The code number in the lower margin is 8-MZ, and the map is copyrighted

on the back cover.
Little triangles locate Conoco service stations throughout the state, and those with a "TT" are travel trailer sanitary stations.
The attractive scenic front-cover photograph shows a father and son fishing on one of the state's rivers.
There are energy-saving tips on the back cover.
